how a figure is built, and the nine things that move it
Reserve a vacation package at a price put in writing, built against your own dates
Twenty six dated departures stand on the board at $1,615 to $4,855 per person, and the figure against each one is built for your own dates, your own party and your own room before you agree to it. Nine things move that figure, and this page names all nine and says which way each of them pushes. The flight sits outside every figure here, and so does any charge from this office, which collects its commission from the operating company once you are back.

Reserve a vacation package at a price put in writing and the figure you agree to was assembled against your names, your dates and your room. The twenty six departures on the board with all twenty-six dates each carry a starting figure, $1,615 to $4,855 per person. That figure stands on one set of choices: the earliest workable start inside the departure window, two people sharing one room, the base standard of beds the operator runs, and only the ground transport the itinerary needs. Nine things move it from there.
Nine levers, and which way each one pushes
Every quote is assembled by the company that operates the departure, against a request sent in your name. Nothing below is a rule of thumb invented at this end. Each is a line that operator prices separately and shows in the writing that comes back.
The same place in the same year is two figures, which is why a handful of destinations stand twice on the board. Across those paired rows the gap runs from eight percent to a third.
Beds are sold by the room and not by the head. A party of two carries one room between them; a solo traveller carries that room alone, and on a short departure nothing here moves the figure further.
A guesthouse of nine rooms releases them once, and then they are placed. Asking in October and asking in April differ mostly in which dates come back yes, rather than in arithmetic.
Nights are not linear. The first carries the transfer in and the last carries the morning out, so two nights added to an eight night departure add well under a quarter.
A shared van on fixed days, a car you drive yourself, or a local driver beside you are three figures for one route. On island and mountain weeks this is the largest line after the beds.
Operators run two or three levels on one itinerary, often in the same village. Moving up a level costs what those rooms cost, and over ten nights it separates figures that began as one.
A week running with six people carries the guide, the van and the boat across six heads. Twelve spreads that same fixed cost twice as far, which is why some rows settle only once the count is known.
Breakfast is almost always in. Dinner is a decision and priced as one: half board adds a predictable line, and leaving it out moves that line onto your own evenings.
Operators quote in their own currency and reprice when the rate passes a band they set themselves. Fuel does the same on any week with a vehicle in it, and most have one. Every figure here carries the date it was built on.

One person in a room built for two
The single supplement is the line people are angriest about, so it is worth saying where it comes from. A house with nine rooms sells nine rooms. When one of them holds one person instead of two, the house makes the same bed, cleans the same bath and heats the same room for half the money, and the supplement is that half handed on. It is a charge for the room rather than for travelling alone, and the house sets it. Across the board it runs from about $150 to $410 for a week, widest where the house is smallest.
Two things soften it. Some operators keep a few genuinely single rooms, smaller and with one bed, at a figure of their own; a few will pair two solo travellers of the same sex in one twin on request. Both go early, so ask in the first message.
The flight has never been part of a figure here
No figure on this site has ever carried air travel, and that is deliberate. This office arranges air travel of no kind: not the ticket, not the seat, not the routing. What the operating company sells is everything that happens after you have arrived, and it quotes that way, so the number standing against a departure is one you can hold that company to on the ground.
You therefore build your own way there and back, and each departure page states what people setting out from the middle of the country have been paying in that month, so the two numbers can be set side by side by you. It also means the figure holds still when air prices move.

What this office is paid, and by whom
No fee of any kind reaches a traveller from here: no booking fee, no service charge, no research charge, no admin line, no deposit, and a card number is never asked for and never held.
It is paid by the company that operates your departure, as a commission, and that commission arrives after you have travelled and come home. That company invoices you directly, on its own paperwork and schedule, both set out in the quote before you answer it. The order matters: nothing is earned here until the week has happened, which is why a request that will not work is told so at this end.
What a written figure says, and how long it stands
A quote from here is a piece of writing rather than a number in a subject line. It names the departure and the date, the room and how many are in it, the standard of beds, which days are guided, and what sits inside the figure and outside it, the outside items priced. It names the company that runs the week and carries that company's own cancellation terms, set out again at the note on changing a booking. It shows the date it was built and the date it stops standing, ordinarily seven to fourteen days out, because other people are asking for the rooms behind it meanwhile.
If the operator revises anything before you accept, the revision arrives with the reason attached and a fresh standing date on it. Nothing is charged to you while the question is open.
Getting a figure for your own dates
The board is at the board with all twenty-six dates and is indexed month by month at the twelve months of the board, the faster way in when you know the fortnight you can travel. The sequence a request moves through is set out at what happens between your note and a confirmed date. With one or two departures in mind, asking for a price against your own dates takes the dates and the party, and earlier questions are answered at the awkward part of the file.
You will not find a schedule of counter times anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate. Printing one would be undertaking that a particular person is in a particular chair at a particular hour, which is not something a one-room agency can honour every week of the year. The undertaking given instead is about turnaround. Whatever arrives through the form is opened in the order it landed, an answer goes back inside one working day, and on the occasions when an answer needs longer than that you are told so, and told what it is waiting on, before the day is out.
Third Coast Dispatch is the name used by Third Coast Dispatch Bookings LLC, a booking office at 600 SW Jefferson St, Suite 302, Lee's Summit, MO 64063, working the Kansas City metro and the rest of Missouri, on file with the Missouri Secretary of State. It owns no rooms, no vehicles and no boats, and it is not the company that runs any departure on the board. The counter answers on +1 (816) 525-2846 and at bookings@thirdcoastdispatch.com. If a figure here has gone out of date, and figures do, write to corrections@thirdcoastdispatch.com and it will be corrected.
Put a departure in front of the office
Open 24/7, this form will take a booking request whenever you write it. Nowhere on it is a card number requested and nothing is charged, because no money is ever owed to this office. Whatever reaches the form is opened in the order it landed, and an answer goes back inside one working day.
Nowhere on this page is a card number requested, and none is kept by this office anywhere. Writing costs you nothing and ties you to nothing. Asking is not the same as holding: your date belongs to whoever asks next until the operating company has confirmed it on paper and you have read what it requires of you.
