the fields a request carries and what happens to them afterward
What the request form collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept
Twenty-six dated departures stand on <a href="/vacation-packages/">every departure on the board</a> at $1,615 to $4,855 per person, and reserving one takes a name, a date, a party size and a way to reach you. This page lists every field that request carries, where each field goes, and how long it stays here afterward. Card details stay out of it, because the company operating your trip bills you in its own name.

Every reservation this office places begins as a short written request, and a request is personal information. Set out below is which fields the form carries, which of them leave this counter, who receives them, how long each is held, and what you can ask to have corrected or closed. It describes what happens at 600 SW Jefferson St, Suite 302 in Lee's Summit, MO, rather than what a general notice would permit.
The fields a request carries
The form is built small on purpose. It asks for a name, an email address, a telephone number if you would rather be called back than written to, the departure you are asking about, the month or the exact date you have in mind, how many people are traveling, and a free text box for whatever the fields missed. That is the whole of it.
Each field earns its place. The name and the contact route exist so an answer can reach you. The departure and the date exist so the answer is about the right row on the board, since one place can sit there twice in the year at two figures and the wrong row is a wasted week. The party size exists because operators price per person and quote a pair differently from a group of five. Nothing further is asked, because nothing further is needed to bring back a current price and a remaining place count.
Writing to bookings@thirdcoastdispatch.com or corrections@thirdcoastdispatch.com instead of using the form works the same way: what you put in the message is what this office holds. A telephone call to +1 (816) 525-2846 leaves a written note in the same file, listing the departure discussed and what was promised back to you.
Card details, and the reason there are none
No card number, bank detail or billing address is collected on this site, at this counter or over the telephone, and no field on any page would accept one. That follows from how the business is arranged rather than from a promise. Third Coast Dispatch Bookings LLC takes no money from a traveller at any point. Once you accept a figure on a date, the company operating that departure invoices you in its own name and collects from you directly, so your payment details go from you to that company on its own paperwork and never pass through here.
No identity document number, date of birth or health information is asked for on this form either. Where an operator needs something of that kind to complete a booking, it asks you for it directly and holds it under its own arrangements. Anybody who telephones or writes asking you for a card number in the name of Third Coast Dispatch is not from this office.
What leaves this counter, and to whom
Getting you a price means telling the operating company something. At the question stage it is told the departure, the date, the number of people traveling and a first name. It receives your full name and email address only once you have said yes to a specific figure on a specific date and a reservation is being made in your name, because from there the operator has to invoice somebody. Before that, the operator has a question in front of it, not a customer.
That is the only route out. What you tell this office is not sold, not rented and not handed to anyone who wants to advertise at you, and it is never pooled with other requests and passed on as a list. The site runs on ordinary commercial hosting and the form arrives here as email, so the hosting company and the mail provider carry the message in the sense a sealed envelope is carried from one hand to another.
What the pages themselves record
There is no account here and no sign in, so nothing has to be stored in your browser to keep you as anybody. The server that hands out these pages keeps a normal access log: the network address a request came from, the time, the page asked for, and the browser string. Those logs are kept for ninety days and are read only when something breaks.
Where a measurement or advertising tag is present on a page, it counts visits in aggregate and reads nothing you type into a form field. Your browser settings govern it, and blocking it leaves every page and the form working as before.
How long a file stays open
twelve months, then deleted
seven years, because the commission on it is business income that federal and Missouri filings account for
kept with the request it belongs to and deleted with it
twelve months from the last reply, unless attached to a reservation
until the page is put right
ninety days
A file that goes quiet is closed rather than kept warm. Ask about a departure in one month, never write again, and that request is deleted at twelve months with nothing left to write to you about.
The absence of a list
There is no mailing list here, so there is nothing to leave. Sending a request adds you to nothing, and no message goes out that is not an answer to something you sent first.
The telephone number on a request is used to answer that request and for no other purpose. This office does not ring people who have not written to it, and it sends no text messages at all, to anyone. Ask to be told when a particular month opens on what each month of the year holds and that is one note against your name, acted on once and closed out.
What you can ask for, and how
Write to corrections@thirdcoastdispatch.com and you can have a copy of everything held about you, a correction to anything wrong in it, or the file closed and deleted. Ask from the address the request came from and no further proof is needed; ask from a different address and you will be asked one question that only the person who sent the original request can answer.
Two things are worth saying plainly about deletion. A reservation file deleted while the trip is still ahead of you cannot then be serviced from this end, so a change of date or a stand down would go straight to the operating company. And the operator keeps its own record of a booking it made, which this office has no power to delete for you. What is closed here is what is held here.
You will not find a schedule of counter times anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate. Printing one would be undertaking that a particular person is in a particular chair at a particular hour, which is not something a one-room agency can honour every week of the year. The undertaking given instead is about turnaround. Whatever arrives through the form is opened in the order it landed, an answer goes back inside one working day, and on the occasions when an answer needs longer than that you are told so, and told what it is waiting on, before the day is out.
Every one of these requests is answered within one business day, on the same deadline as a question about a departure. If this arrangement changes, this page changes with it and the earlier wording stops applying.
Third Coast Dispatch Bookings LLC is the company holding these records. It is registered with the Missouri Secretary of State, keeps one office at 600 SW Jefferson St, Suite 302, Lee's Summit, MO 64063, and works under the name Third Coast Dispatch. The steps from a first message to a confirmed place are at the sequence from a note to a booking, the terms for standing down a booking at the terms for moving or cancelling, and the questions that come up most often at the questions people actually ask. A request with dates in it can start at what to put in a request or on the form below.
Ask the office to hold a departure
Open 24/7, this form will take a booking request whenever you write it. Nowhere on it is a card number requested and nothing is charged, because no money is ever owed to this office. Whatever reaches the form is opened in the order it landed, and an answer goes back inside one working day.
Nowhere on this page is a card number requested, and none is kept by this office anywhere. Writing costs you nothing and ties you to nothing. Asking is not the same as holding: your date belongs to whoever asks next until the operating company has confirmed it on paper and you have read what it requires of you.
